After completing the application, once it is turned in an approved. Most organizations and shelters require those who are becoming a foster parent for animals to attend orientation. Attending orientation will teach you what the organizations and shelters are all about, what their policies are and their history.
Complete the training process. Every shelter and organization will require training and in order to become a foster parent for animals you most complete the required courses. The shelters or organization that you are applying for should be able to work around your schedule, so you can complete training.
